This program can help you through self-discovery and awareness, mind body techniques, and goal attainment. 


 

Week 1: DISCOVERY 

In week one you will be guided through various exercises to dive deeper into where you are at, who you are, and what your values are. Most importantly, we will dive into where you want to be. What are your goals?

Week 2: PURPOSE

In week two you will establish your purpose; what drives you toward the lifestyle you desire?

Week 3: EMPOWERMENT

Week three will be all about becoming your strongest supporter. How can you be a better friend to yourself?

Week 4: ACTION

In week four you will develop daily steps to take that fit your needs and move you closer to your goal. In week four you will also establish a plan of accountability. How can you show up for yourself?
